Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be sent to us via email only.
- From date of booking up to 30 days before the journey: only communication charges of Rs. 2,000 per person will be deducted.
- 50% refund for cancellations made before 30 days of the journey date.
- 75% of the tour cost applicable for cancellations made within 30–15 days of the journey date.
- 100% of the tour cost applicable for cancellations made within 15–0 days of the journey date or in case of No Show.
- Any amendment after confirmation will automatically be treated as per the cancellation policy above. Any extra cost incurred for amended services will
be borne by the guest only. - Irrespective of the above cancellation slabs, a minimum 10% service charge will be applicable for any cancellation after booking confirmation.
- If you need to change anything in the package program, please inform us. We will be glad to customize your trip accordingly.
- Communication charges will vary case by case.

Refund Rules
- Refunds will be made only to the source through which the guest booked.
- Refunds will take at least 15 days to process and will be issued via account payee cheque only.
- No refund will be made against any unutilized services, whatsoever the reason may be.
Terms & Conditions
- All rates are quoted in INR and are for Indian citizens only.
- All photographs used in quotations are for representative purposes only. The actual hotel room may differ.
- Room allocation is as per hotel discretion and booked room type.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice if there is a price change from hotels or vehicles.
- HillPeak Tours reserves the right to change/modify/terminate any offer at its discretion without prior notice.
- Customers are requested to provide meal preferences at the time of booking.
- Any change of plan in the itinerary without prior intimation will not be entertained — arrangements made directly with the driver are at the guest’s own
risk. - All passengers must carry valid ID proof (Voter ID / Driving License / Passport) and two passport-size photos per person.Aadhar Card and PAN Card are
not accepted for permits to Sikkim. - On arrival, guests will be provided with local contact numbers of our executives handling the operation.
- Please follow all local guidelines/rules regarding monuments, traffic, and restricted substances.Any fines or legal issues will be the guest’s responsibility;
HillPeak Tours is not liable. - If any tourist spot is closed for any reason, it will not be covered the next day. Guests wishing to visit the next day must bear the additional vehicle cost.
- Guests must maintain sightseeing and transfer timings as advised by our executive.
- Hotel check-in/check-out times are as per hotel policy.
- Payment gateway charges (3.9%) apply for payments made via credit card.

- Please follow the instructions/guidance of locals, drivers, and authorities at all times.

- Health issues
- Traffic delays
- Missing of flights/trains
- Natural calamities (snowfall, roadblocks, etc.)
